28th February 2023...Off to Girona, en route to Barcelona

We set off for for Girona where we are breaking our journey. We get as far as the first corner before realising we have left our folder with ALL the tickets and PASSPORTS, on the table!

Packed...and Charlie is coming too 💜💜💜

 Le Palais d'Indra for a really good indian meal.....at Narbonne.

Another fab meal at B12 in Girona all is vegan...including the chritzo!

Definitely recommend.

27th February 2023...Snow again!

I DONT BELIEVE IT!

SNOW AGAIN 🌲😳☹️😳

This was predicted to be worse, and we had considered leaving for Barcelona 2 days early, but more recent  forecasts said we would hardly get any, so fingers crossed we don't get any more as we need to leave in the morning....

25th February 2023... Getting ready for our first cruise.

19th February 2023...Dead hornet and Charlie's wake up call.

Thought I'd wash all my scarves, found this (dead) hornet at the bottom of the pile!

On the plus side my ears are clean...ugh!

12th February 2023... Dismantling the new furniture.

Dave disassembles the stressless and discovers we need new " gliders"

Allegedly easy to find...ha ha not found any yet!

5th February 2023..."New suite" stressless..

We saw some chairs we thought we would like on Leboncoin..The only drawback was they were in Montabaun about 2¾ hours drive away!

As they were such a bargain, we drove there and they are just what we wanted!

In 2005 the lady had paid €6000 for the sofa and chair with 3 footstools....sold to us €200 !

They are fabric not leather, it's called Alcantara in terracotta.

So out with the old (charity shop in Bédarieux)...

In with the new (again) this is our 5th change of furniture.
